What a Catch Number Salad:
Kids’ choice of a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables caught and served on their fish plates with delicious “dive-in” salad dressing!


Octopus Inkers:
Turkey franks cut to look like octopus bodies, served with fresh made red bell pepper and blueberry sauce. Watch out or you may be squirted by this octopus!


Sorbet Swordfish:

Sorbet made of fresh berries, agave nectar and lemon juice, designed with gluten-free cereal and fresh fruit pieces to look like swordfish!


Ocean Rocks (Inedible):

An inedible concoction of salts, essential oils, natural food coloring and baking soda made to look like brilliant coral reefs and ocean rocks that amazingly dissolve into a relaxing bath of water.

*All edible recipes at this camp are gluten, dairy and nut-free.

Recipes may be modified to accommodate for gluten, casein, egg, soy and nut-free diets.
